This foundational stage involves working closely with architects, engineers, and you—the homeowner—to design your ideal home. Plans are finalized, materials are selected, and permits are obtained. Every detail is addressed to ensure your home meets your needs, vision, and budget before breaking ground.

We clear, grade, and prepare the lot, then pour and cure the foundation—whether slab or wood framing. This stage ensures the home is built on a strong, level, and structurally sound base. Underground plumbing and utilities may also begin during this phase.

The home’s framework is constructed, including the floors, walls, and roof. Sheathing and weather barriers are added to protect the structure. This is when your home truly begins to take shape—and sets the stage for our Midway Walkthrough, where you’ll meet on-site to review progress, verify layout, and address any questions before systems are installed.

Drywall is installed, followed by finishes like cabinetry, flooring, paint, trim, tile, lighting, and appliances. On the exterior, roofing, siding, and windows are completed. Your design choices come to life here, transforming the build into a livable space.
